Yup, they do. Rally lights were a huge thing in Brazil from the 60's to the 80's, so many, many cars were offered with them stock. My personal favorite was, obviously, the Opala with its quad spotlights, two round Hellas on top, two smaller Cibiés at the bottom:

Rally lights were also kind of a thing in Argentina, where even the Nova could have a set installed directly in the grille.
